It is with great pleasure I announce the appointment of MAJ. J.R. (RIC) Sohl to the position of Deputy Chief of Staff - Communications (DCS/COMM) for Southwest Region effective 01 MAY 1999.
Ric will be assisted by COL. Don Bailey who will remain Assistant DCS/COMM, administrative. Ric will assume the Callsign of CAPWEST 4 immediately.
